Jodie A Kirshner is a technical advisor to the Bank for International Settlements and a visiting scholar and lecturer at Columbia Law School. She is also an independent consultant to financial funds investing in European distressed debt. Previously, she was on the law faculty at the University of Cambridge, where she also served as the Deputy Director of the Cambridge LLM programme, the Deputy Director of the Cambridge Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law, and as a fellow of Peterhouse College, Cambridge.
