Personal background
Dr David Angenendt is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Business Research, where he is currently studying knowledge exchange activities between universities and private companies.
Prior to joining the Centre, David worked as a Research Fellow at the Department of Economics at the University of Bologna, Italy, where he also completed his PhD in Economics. His doctoral research deals with the Economics of Intellectual Property Rights, and he remains a contributor to a project on Intellectual Property Rights and Exclusive Contracts in Bologna.
Before moving to Bologna, David obtained a masters degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham, UK and a masters degree in Business Administration from Philipps University Marburg, Germany. In between, he worked as Research Assistant at Ruhr University Bochum, Germany.
