Enying Zheng

Research Associate

Enying is a business school-trained organisational theorist. She received a PhD from MIT Sloan in 2013, and worked at the Centre for Business Research at the University of Cambridge. She currently works at New York Institute of Technology as an assistant professor in management.

Using mixed methods, her research examines business ethics and corporate social responsibility, meritocracy and good governance, and social innovation through a perspective of social networks and organisational imprinting, the two building blocks of her training in organisation theory.
