Dominic Heesang Chai is Assistant Professor of Strategy and International Management at Seoul National University. He graduated from University of California, Berkeley and went on to earn an M.Sc. in International Political Economy and a Ph.D. in Managerial Economics and Strategy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He held a faculty positions at Manchester Business School, University of Manchester and a junior research fellowship at Centre for Business Research, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. His research examines the mechanisms by which legal institutions shape national financial systems and firm-level governance, so as to identify the implications of legal reforms for corporate strategic developments.
